Noreen Capili

Noreen Capili (@noringai), also known as Noringai, is an award-winning Filipina screenwriter and bestselling author. She has written for major Philippine television and film projects including FPJ's Batang Quiapo and FPJ's Ang Probinsyano, and penned screenplays like Through Night and Day and Guilty Pleasure (2024).She is one of the founding members of Filipino Screenwriters Guild and a lecturer at the University of the Philippines Mindanao, teaching Creative Writing and Comparative Literature. Beyond the screen, Noreen has published popular books that blend humor, heart, and reflection, including Parang Kayo, Pero Hindi, Buti Pa ang Roma, May Bagong Papa, and The Goodbye Girl.
