Fictionist Wincy Ong returns for an introduction on writing historical fiction. Examine how history can serve as a living force that shapes stories into masterpieces. Participants will learn how to transform research, historical settings, and real-world events into compelling narratives while developing the core elements of fiction—character, voice, conflict, atmosphere, and plot.
