This session focuses on understanding emotional triggers in the workplace—tight deadlines, difficult conversations, performance reviews, and team dynamics. Participants will learn how emotions influence behavior, leadership presence, and communication, and how to regulate responses.

Through guided frameworks and applied scenarios, professionals will develop tools to maintain composure, respond constructively to feedback, and navigate conflict.

Classes may be taken separately (PHP 1600) or as a part of the whole course (PHP 4800).

Russell Roi Tuazon

Russell Roi Tuazon, MAEd, RGC is a licensed professional counselor and guidance program consultant with over ten years of experience in counseling and mental health. He currently works as a workplace mental health counselor, providing psychological support and promoting well-being in organizational settings. He previously served as a school counselor from 2016 to 2020 and has also worked as a college instructor teaching psychology-related courses. An active member of both the Philippine Guidance and Counseling Association and the Philippine Mental Health Association, Russell remains committed to advancing ethical practice, mental health awareness, and accessible psychological services in the Philippines.
